DCS for 45 MW Power Plant

Our success journey with Customers, few recent accomplishments

  • One of the recent projects includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 10,500 detectors at Rajnandgaon medical college. The largest project in CG by PWD in terms of the number of detectors. Total 8 panels of 10 loop capacity-2020
  • SITCof 8 Panels of FC924 at Airforce Base Sulur. The system is designed, installed, and commissioned by AE-2020
  • Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 7 EN Panel out of which 1 EN Panel is of 5 loops, 1 Panel of 2 loops, and rest 5 Panel is of 1 loop each at JUPMI Ranchi-2019
  • Successfully commissioned Furnace Charging Drive and Automation related work in a large Public Sector Steel Plant in 2019
  • Accomplished integration of Level 1 and Level 2 automation in Plate Mill for a large Public Sector Steel Plant. It included Control systems such as AC/DC drives, Various Sensors, cameras, and software applications using Oracle Database. This was one of the key projects for the customer and us in 2018-19
  • Successfully upgraded the automation system in the TMT plant of 500 TPD capacity for better efficiency and performance in 2019
  • Successfully completed automation projects for various sponge iron Kiln applications (up to 500TPD) using AC drive, motor, and several other control devices.
  • Successful SITC of two FC924 panel at Rajiv Gandhi Groundwater  (RGI) office New Raipur.

  • Successfully comissioned FC924 Panel in Water Resource Department,NRDA.

  • Successfully commissioned and completed the FC922 7-PANELS of 2 loops LAN connection at JSWNagpur in 2016. One of the best configurations in the Master-Slave network.

  • Out of many projects one of them was installation of three Firefinder XLS at DK Super Speciality Government hospital.DKS is stste of the art superspeciality hospital-2018. FireFinder XLS is a microprocessor-based, advanced fire-safety system that has a 6″ display and large, lighted buttons; making it a highly intuitive fire-alarm user.
